We’re deploying a new version (3.4.7) to production servers on March 14, 03:30 AM UTC. During this soft update, running synchronizations and Lightning services will not be affected. The application might not be accessible for a few seconds. We recommend the users to avoid any activities in the account at the specified timeframe.
This update focuses on support to FTP & SFTP Systems in workflows, stabilizing workflows, improving user experience and various bug fixes. Release notes will be added in DCKAP Integrator Documentation Website following the update.

We regret to inform you that our services experienced an unexpected downtime from 1:35 AM to 1:45 AM today. Lightning services also got affected during that period. The issue was caused by our hosting provider, AWS, automatically restarted our services. As a result, any running synchronizations at 1:35 AM were affected, and there was a delay in scheduled job execution until 3:15 AM.
In case of scheduled jobs, it should automatically be handled in the upcoming schedules. As a precautionary measure, kindly check your project logs once during that period.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We understand the impact of such disruptions on your operations and are committed to ensuring the reliability and stability of our services.
As of now, everything is back to normal, and all services have been restored. Our team is actively monitoring the situation to prevent any recurrence of such incidents in the future.
